PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger movement support system for showing a stranger the way to a boarding gate, as ell as a passenger who has not boarded yet, quickly.SOLUTION: The passenger movement support system 100 is provided with: bar code readers 18, 14 and 11 for reading boarding ticket information recorded on a boarding ticket of a passenger who has received it after check-in; PC terminals 17, 13 and 10 for inputting any information other than the boarding ticket information of the passenger, and for displaying information relating to the passenger; a plurality of bar code readers 5 for reading the boarding ticket information stored on the boarding ticket of the passenger who has been permitted to enter a restricted area 4; a guidance terminal 6 for displaying guidance information on the way to the boarding gate 3 for the passenger based on the read specified boarding ticket information; a PC terminal 2 installed in the boarding gate 3 for retrieving and displaying the information on the passenger who boards through the boarding gate 3; a database 21 for storing each information on the passenger in association with each other; and a control device 20 for controlling each means in an integrated manner. |
