PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation pump including an inverter, controlled to a number of revolutions responding to an ambient environment temperature, and reducing power consumption for solving such problems that since a circulation pump used for transfer using liquid, gas as a medium is constantly run by standard-set operation irrespective of atmospheric temperature, it is run at an unnecessarily high number of revolutions irrespective of that it could be run by lowering the number of revolutions, and thus, delicate control on a real-time basis cannot be carried out even though time-managed number of revolutions control using a timer or the like is carried out, and reduction of power consumption and a carbon dioxide discharge reduction effect cannot be expected.SOLUTION: A difference of flowing water temperature measurement and a standard setting temperature of the circulation pump is computed. By lowering the number of revolutions of the circulation pump when a measured temperature is low in cooling operation, and lowering the number of revolutions when the measured temperature is high in heating operation, the circulation pump can be set at a necessary number of revolutions. Wasteful power consumption can be suppressed, leading to emission reduction of carbon dioxide. |
