PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of controlling an output of unnecessary harmonic signal.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit 200 includes a first transmission line MSL1, a first transistor FET1 whose control terminal G is input with a first oscillation signal for outputting the first oscillation signal and its harmonic component from an end D, a second transistor FET2 whose control terminal G is input with a second oscillation signal that is reverse-phased to the first oscillation signal for outputting the second oscillation signal and its harmonic component from the end D, a first harmonic generation part 30 for generating harmonic component including the harmonic component generated by the first transistor FET1, and a second harmonic generation part 32 for generating harmonic component including the harmonic component generated by the second transistor FET2. |
