PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home automation (HA) converter which can perform a switchover of a three-way circuit normally.SOLUTION: A home automation (referred to as HA hereinafter) converter 20 connected to a HA control device 10 through a HA terminal composes a three-way circuit with an external power source AC and an external switch 30. The HA converter 20 has an internal switch 24 which can be switched to a set state or a reset state, an internal switch driving circuit 23 having a flip-flop FF1 latching information corresponding to an internal switch state, driving the internal switch 24 to an opposite side to the internal switch state of the flip-flop FF1, a set side or a reset side responsive to a control signal S21 from the HA control device 10, and inverting the state of the flip-flop, and an internal switch state determination circuit 26 composing a closed circuit CC1 connected to the set or the reset side of the internal switch and the external power source, and setting the internal switch state of the flip-flop FF1 according to a conducting state of the closed circuit. |
