PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double-layer capacitor capable of using under a temperature of 85°C, and capable of lengthening life.SOLUTION: As capacitor is composed of an aluminum with a layer of diallylamine copolymer on the surface of a collector. Accordingly, by suppressing reaction of electrolyte or moisture in an electrode and the collector, deterioration of the electrolyte and the collector is suppressed, and usage at ≥85°C is possible, and further the electric double-layer capacitor having long life characteristics is provided. Further, a reaction type conversion coating has high conductivity, so that no rise in internal resistance is caused. |
