PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder such as an IC recorder, that generates recoding data by preventing clip distortion and preventing recoded voice from being embedded in noise, while allowing the data to be copied to a CD immediately after recoding for example, even when a recording level set by a user is too large or too small, while optimizing the use of hardware performance.SOLUTION: The recorder for digitally recording voice generates multiple systems of digital voice signals by applying multiple systems of signal processing of different recoding level to input voice, and records, in a storing means, the multiple systems of digital voice signals as recoded data, respectively. The recorder records time point at which level over occurs into a log file. The sampling frequency Fs2, the number of bits B2, and the number of systems n in the multiple systems of recoding are selected set so as to efficiently use the hardware. |
