PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill identifying device capable downsizing and of preventing outflow of Pachinko balls.SOLUTION: The bill identifying device is provided with: a bill identification part 52; a spherical body counting device 10 counting Pachinko balls 16; an emergency stop part stopping flow-down of the Pachinko balls by acting on the spherical body counting device; and a control part. The spherical body counting device has a separation wheel 25 successively receiving the Pachinko balls supplied from a path 12 and discharging them to a discharge path, and the emergency stop part is provided with: a Pachinko ball detection part detecting flow of the Pachinko balls in the path; and an emergency stop member stopping a rotation of the separation wheel directly or indirectly. |
