PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit that efficiently suppresses any failure generated due to the simultaneous occurrence of access from a plurality of CPU to an external device and the change of an access set value.SOLUTION: A control circuit 31 includes: a plurality of CPU: an external device access setting register 45 which is commonly used by the plurality of CPU and sets a set value relating to access to external devices 32, 33 and 34; and a holding register 62 which receives the set value from the setting register 45, and holds the set value so that it can be updated according to access situations to the external device. An access timing control circuit 63 controls access timing to the external device based on the set value stored by the holding register 62. |
