<p>A detection method for body fluid by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy is provided. The method involves: performing film electrophoresis for body fluid sample; after electrophoresis, cutting out the separated sample containing protein, DNA or RNA along with film electrophoresis medium, contacting the sample with glacial acetic acid, and incubating the mixture to form transparent gel; adding Raman spectroscopy enhancing substrate to the gel, continuing the incubation of the gel and stirring the gel uniformly; allowing the gel to settle into layers, and then taking the upper layer solution to perform surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy; and establishing the database of surface enhanced Raman spectra. Interference of other complicate components in the body fluid in surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for protein, DNA and RNA is eliminated by film electrophoresis in the method. The body fluid of a patient suffering from disease can be distinguished from that of a healthy person.</p> |
