摘要 <p>In order to be able to easily adjust the capacitance while maintaining the vacuum state of the vacuum chamber of a vacuum capacitor, a fixed electrode (4) is formed by stacking a plurality of planar electrode members (5) in the direction of the shaft center of the vacuum chamber (1b) with spaces therebetween. A movable electrode (7) is formed by stacking a plurality of planar electrode members (8) on a movable electrode shaft (9) with spaces therebetween. The electrode members (8) are inserted into and removed from between the electrode members (5) of the fixed electrode (4) in a non-contacting state by means of the turning of the movable electrode shaft (9). A flux receiving section (106b) is fixed on the sealing member (102) side of a disc-like member (106a) that is disposed on the movable electrode shaft (9). A flux generating section (104) provided on a capacitance operating section (14) is disposed relative to the flux receiving section (106b) in a parallel direction to the movable electrode shaft (9). The capacitance is adjusted by turning the capacitance operating section (14) to turn the flux receiving section (106b) by means of the magnetic attractive force of the flux generating section (104) and change the area of crossover between the movable electrode (7) and the fixed electrode (4).</p>
