PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a liquid-jet head capable of improving yield.SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method of manufacturing the liquid-jet head including a head chip 21 provided with: an actuator plate 30 having a plurality of grooves 35 disposed side by side while communicating with jet-nozzles capable of jetting liquid; and a cover plate 31 in which a first liquid guiding hole 31a and a second liquid guiding hole 31b for supplying the liquid to the respective grooves are formed, wherein the method includes a step of forming an introducing hole 39 that communicates between the first liquid introducing hole and the second liquid introducing hole.
