METHOD FOR TREATING ORGANIC WASTEWATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress running cost by reducing the injection amount of ozone gas when organic wastewater is cleaned.SOLUTION: The ozone gas is injected into the organic wastewater until the amount of BOD change with respect to the injection amount of the ozone gas decreases and reaches a predetermined target value. The treated organic wastewater is then subjected to biological treatment under an aerobic condition. A series of these treatments is repeated.
