PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information contributory to the principal confirmation of a donor to a donee by using the personal information of a financial institute having a settlement function.SOLUTION: When accepting the application of personal political donation from a capital provider terminal 102, a capital transfer management server 101 transmits a settlement request, to which donor information has been added as principal attribute data, to a settlement processing server 104. The settlement processing server 104 performs principal confirmation by collating the principal attribute data with the attribute data of a credit card holder, and receives the settlement request. When the principal confirmation is successful, the capital transfer management server 101 returns procedure completion 303 to a capital provider terminal 102, and transmits donation schedule detailed statement 304 to a capital recipient terminal 103 in a prescribed period. The capital recipient terminal 103 can propose declination of the donation. |
