摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the position of a moving station highly accurately, even in the state of NLOS (Non-Line-Of-sight), or even in an environment for receiving a direct wave and a reflected wave in the mixed state.SOLUTION: This position estimation device has a constitution including: a distance measuring part 32 for measuring each observation distance between a plurality of base stations 20 and the moving station 10, based on a prescribed signal acquired by one-way or two-way communication between the plurality of base stations 20 whose positions are known and the moving station 10 which is a position estimation object; an observation coordinate determination part 34 for determining an observation coordinate of each base station 20 in a direction of an estimation initial position 40 of the moving station determined beforehand, based on each observation distance of the plurality of base stations 20 measured by the distance measuring part 32; and an estimated position calculation part 36 for calculating a representative position of the moving station 10 as an estimated position 50 of the moving station 10 from each observation coordinate of the plurality of base stations 20 determined by the observation coordinate determination part 34.
