PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple optical-axis photoelectronic sensor capable of securing detection performance while securing water tightness between a case and a cover.SOLUTION: The multiple optical-axis photoelectronic sensor 1 is provided with a case body 11 composed of a long resin-made case 12 and a long resin-made cover 13 having a plurality of detection windows 13h fitted along a long side direction and closing an opening 12a of the case 12. Inside the case body 11, a plurality of photoelectric elements arranged in accordance with the detection windows 13h are housed so as to form an optical axis through the detection windows 13h. The cover 13 is formed of a resin material having optical transmittance, and has a roughened surface 13f with surface-roughening processing applied in an area except the detection windows 13h and a welding area 13g fitted along an outer peripheral edge of the cover 13. The case 12 has a welding stage 12f fitted along the opening 12a and facing the welding area 13g, and the cover 13 is laser-welded in the welding stage 12f and the welding area 13g. |
