PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To understand the amount and the viscosity of a specimen prior to inspection, in advance, and to carry out additional processings.SOLUTION: A test chip 10, a specimen container CB and a nozzle chip NC are loaded to an analyzer 1. The specimen and a reagent are mixed inside a specimen processing means 20 so as to generate a specimen solution. The specimen solution is injected from the nozzle chip NC to the test chip 10. A weight measurement means 60 measures the weight of the nozzle chip NC, prior to the injection and the weight of the nozzle chip NC, after the injection so as to detect a weight change ΔW. A determination means 70 determines whether the weight change ΔW is smaller than a predetermined range ΔWref. If the weight change ΔW is smaller than the predetermined range ΔWref, the specimen processing means 20 carries out an additional processing of additionally injecting a dilution liquid and the specimen solution to the test chip 10. |
