摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive radiator with superior recyclability, in a radiator for an internal combustion engine housing an oil cooler in a header tank.SOLUTION: An aluminum hollow material manufacturing by the most common versatile extrusion method in the processing of aluminum is used as a header material 1 of the radiator. In the oil cooler 2, one pipe of versatile jointless extrusion aluminum is used, and one with an inner fin 4 for securing heat exchange performance inserted into an interior is used. The oil cooler is inserted into the header, a radiator tube and an outer fin 7 are assembled similar to a conventional art and incorporated into the header, and the entire radiator is assembled by brazing to provide the radiator built-in with an all aluminum- made water-cooled oil cooler.
