PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration eliminating mount structure free from an influence on vibration eliminating characteristics even if the weight of an apparatus subjected to vibration elimination or vibration damping is changed, and requiring no troublesome operation or work such as adjustment of the amount of compression.SOLUTION: This vibration eliminating mount includes a damping ball (18) provided in the inner space of a coil spring (16) elastically supporting a load from the apparatus subjected to the vibration elimination or vibration damping, a cylinder member (56) attached in a vertical direction to the apparatus side in the inner space of the coil spring (16) to be positioned above the damping ball (18), and a piston member (58) slidable in the vertical direction in the cylinder member (56).
