PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign resources to a virtual server in consideration of various resources installed in a physical server.SOLUTION: The virtual computer management method in a computer system equipped with a computer having a virtual computer control part for causing a task system to operate on a logical section and managing the task system, and a resource management computer for managing the physical resource of the computer includes the steps of: calculating, when the resource management computer receives a request to generate a new task system, the amount of free resources that have not been assigned to the task system, based on resource management information; calculating the number of processable threads that can be processed by the new task system; determining whether the number of processable threads is equal to or more than the number of threads necessary for the task system; executing rearrangement processing for changing the arrangement of the task system; and changing setting information of the task system. |
