PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous detection to obtain sufficient detecting precision.SOLUTION: An image input processing part 11 inputs the data of an analytic image, and executes processing for setting a specified area in the analytic image. Different determination methods for determining the presence/absence of the image of a traveling object which travels in the set specified area are respectively applied to a histogram correlation determination processing part 14, a flexible histogram correlation determination processing part 15, and a normalization cross-correlation determination processing part 16, and the presence/absence of the image of the traveling object is determined according to the applied determination methods. A result integration part 17 integrates an optional number of optional types of the determination results to detect the image of the traveling object. Thus, for example, the application to a monitoring camera can be achieved. |
