Provided are method and system for realizing automatic customization for every mobile device user and providing the most appropriate third-party unsolicited web applications for an appointed user at the right time and place. The system comprises: a web-based application integrated center for receiving requests from the user and timely combining the requested results with automatically customized object web applications, and returning the combination content to the user; and another dynamically programmable mobile device user client for receiving and forwarding requests of the user and displaying the results, and simultaneously intercepting and identifying the object web applications provided by remote system customization. The selection of the object web applications is obtained by comprehensive analysis and calculation based on rules such as personal characteristics of the user, perception of time and place, content relevance, service interdependency and the like.
