PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to shorten channel scanning time and reduce selection conflicts when selecting a frequency channel so as to perform quicker channel switching.SOLUTION: Each wireless communication network 3 is caused to retain selection trend data indicating a ranking of selection trend according to a past amount of time of use in each frequency channel, and when a frequency channel is selected by one wireless communication network 3, selection trend data is compared for each frequency channel between the one wireless communication network 3 and the other wireless communication network 3 to select a frequency channel having the highest ranking of selection trend. On the occasion of selection conflict, by reference to credit data on which a channel assignment result on the past occasion of selection conflict is reflected, it is determined what network 3 is assigned the common frequency channel, the selection trend data is updated based on the amount of time of use for communication with the selected frequency channel, and the updated selection trend data is used for subsequent frequency channel selection. |
