PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus that facilitates fine adjustment of a resonance frequency, even if a commercial chip component is used.SOLUTION: This antenna apparatus includes an antenna element 10 and a printed circuit board 20 mounted with the antenna element 10. The antenna element 10 includes: a base 11 formed of a dielectric; and radiation conductors formed on at least one surface of the base 11. The printed circuit board 20 includes: a generally rectangular ground clearance region 23a, one side of which contacts an edge of the printed circuit board and the other three sides of which are surrounded by ground pattern edge lines; an antenna mounting region 27 provided in the ground clearance region 23a; and at least one frequency adjustment element 30 provided in the ground clearance region 27. The frequency adjustment element 30 is a capacitor or inductor chip component, and is distantly arranged relative to the antenna mounting region 27 when viewed from the edge 20e of the printed circuit board 20. |
