FLEXIBLE SHAPE FUNCTIONAL LAMINATE AND FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible shape functional laminate provided with a functional layer containing an inorganic layer on a flexible shape base material, small in the deterioration of the function caused by the occurrence of crack and capable of improving drainability at the same time and a functional structure provided with the flexible shape functional laminate.SOLUTION: The flexible shape functional laminate 10 comprises a functional layer 1 containing an inorganic layer formed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape and having a cleavage part 9 in a stress concentration part arising from the three-dimensional shape and the flexible shape base material 2 arranged in one main surface side of the functional layer 1. The flexible shape functional laminate 10 can have a structure 11 that the flexible shape base material 4 supports the functional layer 1 through the resin layer 3 or structures 12 and 13 that a protective layer covering the other main surface of the functional layer 1 is provided. The cleavage part 9 is selectively formed on a ridge line part or a corner part 8 where has small influence on the function of the functional layer 1.
