PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of surely elevating the temperature of a toilet seat at the point of time at which a user sits down to a comfortable temperature while maintaining a standby temperature as low as possible and reducing the power consumption of the toilet seat, and reducing useless power consumption consumed by heating when a user is not in a toilet room.SOLUTION: The toilet seat device including a toilet seat part installed inside a toilet room includes a heating part for heating a body to be heated by energizing, a sensor part for detecting the human body of a user on the outer side of the toilet room by radio waves, and a control part for controlling the heating part and the sensor part. When the sensor part detects the human body of the user, the control part determines the probability that the user enters the toilet room, does not start or suppresses the energizing to the heating part when it is determined that the probability that the user does not enter the toilet room is high, and starts the energizing to the heating part when it is determined that the probability that the user does not enter the toilet room is low. |
