PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the distribution of a content not violating a copyright management system with the preferential distribution of a content having high priority in the copyright management system.SOLUTION: A copyright management system of the content of which distribution is desired by a user is confirmed. Based on a communication status with a content acquisition terminal, it is decided whether the distribution of the content conforming to the copyright management system is in a possible status. The distributable content in the status is determined as a distribution object content. Furthermore, the order of the distribution of the content determined as a distribution object is determined in such a manner that the distribution is successively performed from the content in conformity to the copyright management system having the highest priority. |
