PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively simple liquid fertilizer production system used for a composition-formulating method of livestock excrement liquid fertilizer production materials to mass-produce with a high working technique, since the livestock excrement liquid composition component exhibits effective composition and component to attain wide use in plant growth while suppressing a high-cost equipment investment.SOLUTION: Effectiveness of the livestock excrement liquid composition and extracted component solves various problems and the waste is recycled. The liquid fertilizer production system is widely used as the plant-activating material of a natural base material and promotes local business by contributing to the natural resource utilization in the local area to develop the industry in the area.
