Disclosed is a lipid membrane structure that can effectively deliver nucleic acid into a nucleus of immune cells such as dendritic cells. Specifically disclosed is a lipid membrane structure for delivering matter into a cell nucleus that has been modified with a polypeptide with an activity of promoting the transfer of lipid membrane structures into the cell nucleus, wherein the lipid membrane is a polypeptide from an amino acid sequence represented by (a) SEQ ID No. 1 and/or a polypeptide from an amino acid sequence represented by (b) SEQ ID No. 1 wherein one or several amino acids have been deleted and/or substituted and/or inserted.
