FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to methods and devices for production of slabs with skewed edges. Method of producing slab from hydraulic binder. Said slab has facing on every side and two skewed parallel edges and two second skewed parallel edges perpendicular to first edges. Proposed method comprises pouring hydraulic binder compound on facing material located on conveyor belt. Said conveyor belt has at least two forming plates provided with lengthwise measuring rules. Said binder covers second facing material so that work piece is produced. Then, pressing is made at top part and/or at work piece bottom part ahead of first forming plate by using at least one wood strip with at least two peripheral parts. It includes also curing to hydraulic setting of hydraulic binder solution, cutting the work piece at the skew level produced by pressing on slab from hydraulic binder with facing on each side, and two first skewed parallel edges and two second other skewed parallel edges perpendicular to first edges. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 32 cl, 13 dwg |
