PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor and a photodetector, capable of acquiring an amount of light incident to a photodiode with high precision.SOLUTION: A photodetector 1 includes a photodiode array 2 and a signal processor 3. The signal processor 3 includes a first integration circuit 10, a comparison circuit 20, an electric charge injection circuit 30, a capacitance value control section 40, a holding circuit 50, a counting circuit 60, an amplifying circuit 70, an AD conversion circuit 80, a reference value generating circuit 90, a voltage source 100, a second integration circuit 110, and a timing command signal generating circuit 120. The first integration circuit 10 includes an amplifier, an integral capacity section, and a switch. The second integration circuit 110 includes an amplifier, an integral capacity section, a switch, and a resistor. The open loop gain of the amplifier of the second integration circuit 110 is equal to the open loop gain of the amplifier of the first integration circuit 10. The capacity value of the integral capacity section of the second integration circuit 110 is equal to the capacity value of the integral capacity section of the first integration circuit 10. |
