PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial rice containing a large amount of nutrient components contained in unpolished brown rice, having charactgeristics such as good texture, taste, appearance (equal to or more than those of rice), when boiled, and also inexpensive in production cost.SOLUTION: The food composition such as the artificial rice, contains (A) 50 mass% or more of rice powder, (B) 3-20 mass% of gluten, and (C) 5-30 mass% of defatted rice bran powder. |
