PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal where, when a display screen is changed over from a vertically long state to a laterally long state, a display area to display an image or the like is suppressed from narrowing.SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal has: a connection state detection section 18 for determining whether a display screen 2a is in the vertically long state or the laterally long state; a display object storage section 20 for storing first and second display objects displayed depending on an operation state; and a display control section 16 for displaying each display object on the display screen 2a. When the display screen 2a is in the vertically long state, the display control section 16 causes a plurality of first display objects to be displayed in a first object display area provided at the upper end of the display screen, a plurality of second display objects are displayed in a second object display area provided at the lower end of the display screen and when the display screen 2a is in the laterally long state, the display control section 16 causes first and second display objects to be displayed in a third object display area provided at either the upper end or the lower end of the display screen. |
