PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery tab which is suppressed in electric resistance, a battery tab, and a hoop material equipped with the same.SOLUTION: This is a negative electrode battery tab 2a of which the tip part is pinched by battery outer packages 5 so as to protrude to the outside and the pinched portion is heat sealed, and a coated region 24a coated with a chemical conversion treatment layer 24a and a non-coated region which is not coated with the chemical conversion treatment layer are formed. The non-coated region 24 is formed in the vicinity of a region which is connected to an outer terminal in the tip part of the battery tab 2a.
