PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect screen and a photoelectric smoke sensor for simplifying a mold structure, and for suppressing the increase of costs even when it is integrally formed with an optical bench cover.SOLUTION: An insect screen part 30 formed at a flat plate part 12 is configured such that a plurality of hole parts 31 are arranged in a nearly annular shape. Each of the hole parts 31 includes: a recessed part 31a formed on one face of the flat plate part 12; and a through-hole 31b formed to be penetrated from the recessed part 31a to the other face of the flat plate part 12 with its opening area being made smaller than that of the concave part 31a.
