PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an insufficient strength of a bridge part of a rotor.SOLUTION: A motor includes a stator having a stator core and generating a rotating magnetic field and a rotor (40) having a rotor core (41) opposite to the stator core of the sator with a gap intervened and having a plurality of permanent magnets (42) embedded in the rotor core (41). In the rotor core (41), a cavity part (45) extending from the end surface of a permanent magnet (42) to the outer circumferential surface of the rotor (40) is formed between the end surface of the permanent magnet (42) and the outer circumferential surface of the rotor (40). A filling member (50) made of a metal material having a relative dielectric constant lower than that of the rotor core (41) is formed on the cavity part (45).
