PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device for a terminal user capable of fully suppressing unauthorized passage by the user in the passable area without work by a staff, and the like, for monitoring the passage of the user.SOLUTION: An image processor 5a captures a frame image (s1), imaged by a camera 3a, and creates an object management table in which ID and a position on the frame image are associated for each of the imaged persons (s2). A monitoring device 1 stores the user who operated a simplified terminal 20 (s3, s4). The monitoring device 1 determines if the user exiting from the passage area is the user who operated the simplified terminal 20 (s5, s6). When the monitoring device 1 determines that the user does not operate the simplified terminal 20, the face image of this user is made to be displayed on a display device 11, and further alarming notice is generated from a loudspeaker 12 (s8, s9). |
