The aim of the present invention is to protect the pen tip of a touch pen, which is used for inputting data on a touch screen or touch panel of a touch-screen phone, by covering the pen tip with a conductive or nonconductive cap. A stylus pen for a portable terminal, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a coupling groove into which a stick-shaped pen body is fitted; a pen tip for a touch pen that includes an empty space therein in order for the shape thereof to be restored by elastic force when touching a touch screen; a thin-film protection cap covering the pen tip; and a pointer, one end of which is connected to the pen body and the other end of which is fitted to the coupling groove of the pen tip, and which prevents the pen tip from being deformed due to a force exceeding the elastic force.
