The spraying device (10) has a spraying agent container (11), from which the spraying agent is supplied by a pump (12) through a spraying agent line (l-1) to a nozzle (13) on the plants. An auxiliary spraying agent container (18) is provided for applying an auxiliary spraying agent on the plants. Another spraying agent line (l-2) is provided, by which the spraying agent is supplied from the former spraying agent container to the nozzle. The auxiliary spraying agent is applied by a dosing pump (20) in the latter spraying agent line.
