The invention relates to a dermopharmaceutical or cosmetic composition comprising enkephalin-derived peptides for reducing and/or eliminating facial wrinkles. The inventive dermopharmaceutical or cosmetic composition is applied to the skin, preferably the face, in order to reduce and/or eliminate facial wrinkles, preferably facial expression lines, said composition comprising a dermopharmaceutically- or cosmetically-effective amount of a peptide having general formula (I). The invention also relates to the use of the peptide having general formula (I) in the preparation of a dermopharmaceutical or cosmetic composition used to reduce and/or eliminate facial wrinkles.
