Use of serum albumin binding peptides conjugates for the preparation of a medicament

A method is provided for reducing or eliminating the immunogenicity in a human or non-human mammal of a biologically active protein, which comprises coupling the protein or a biologically active fragment or derivative thereof to at least one moiety capable of binding to a serum albumin of the mammal to form a conjugate. The molecule thus produced is also provided, as well as use thereof as a medicament.
