<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply cold and warm water air conditioner quick in the rising ability for hot water supply and hot water heating operation after frosting without degrading the ability in the high compression ratio operation of a refrigerating cycle such as high temperature hot water supply operation under low outside air temperature conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit provided at an outdoor unit circulates a refrigerant sequentially through a compressor with variable rotating speed, a four-way valve, a first heat exchanger exchanging heat with water, and a second heat exchanger exchanging heat with air. A water circuit comprising a water conveying means and a hot water supply tank circulates water sequentially through the water conveying means, a first heat exchanger water circuit and the hot water supply tank. Two pressure reducing devices are provided in series at piping which serves for communication between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, and a receiver is provided between the two pressure reducing devices to store the refrigerant. A control means controls the upstream pressure reducing device so that the outlet supercooling degree of the heat exchanger serving as a condenser, out of the first and second heat exchangers becomes a predetermined target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
