The device has an electric motor including a rotor (1) and a stator (10), where the rotor includes guide openings (3, 4) for leno threads (30, 40). The rotor is retained through a bearing ring (20) using an air suspension, and includes a rotary bearing channel (7). The bearing ring includes a rotary bearing collar (28) corresponding to shape of the bearing channel, where the bearing ring comprises circumferential distributed openings (28b) for a compressed air supply. The distributed openings are arranged in a region of the bearing collar.
