Screw for a dental implant

The screw (1) has a threaded pin (2) comprising a hollow space (3) for holding a microcapsule (5) that is filled with fluid i.e. glue, which has an effect as a medicine or disinfectant. The hollow space is closable with a piston (4) that is movable in the hollow space, after application of limiting force. The hollow space comprises discharge openings for the fluid, where the discharge openings are formed by longitudinal slots that are provided in the threaded pin. The piston is conically formed at an end so that a contact surface is formed between the piston and the microcapsule. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling a hollow space that remains in an implant, after insertion of an abutment.
