<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing apparatus for raw sweet potatoes, capable of improving the storage life of the potato and storing in a storage chamber over a long period while keeping the quality. <P>SOLUTION: The storing apparatus 1 is provided with a room temperature controlling means 3 composed of an air conditioner 4 to heat or cool the storage chamber 2, a temperature sensor 6 to measure the room temperature and a temperature controlling part 7 to keep the room temperature within a prescribed temperature range, a room humidity controlling means 8 composed of a humidifier 9 to humidify the storage chamber 2, a humidity sensor 10 to measure the humidity in the room and a humidity controlling part 11 to keep the humidity in the room within a prescribed humidity range, a room CO<SB>2</SB>concentration controlling means 12 composed of a ventilation apparatus 13 to ventilate the storage chamber 2, a CO<SB>2</SB>concentration sensor 14 to measure the carbon dioxide concentration in the room and a ventilation controlling part 15 to keep the CO<SB>2</SB>concentration in the room below a prescribed level, and an air-flow generation means 20 to form an air flow circulating in the storage chamber 2 from the air flow supplied by the air conditioner 4 and the humidified air flow supplied from the humidifier 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
