PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaking device capable of preventing the generation of howling irrespective of the frequency of a sound generated by a speaker. SOLUTION: The speaking device includes a signal processing part 35e composed of an attenuation part 352 for making output levels of microphones M1, M2 for a sound from a speaker SP coincident with each other by performing level adjustment corresponding to a difference between distances to the microphones M1, M2 and the speaker SP; of a delay circuit 353 for making phases of the sound signals of the microphones M1, M2 coincident with each other by delaying the sound signals according to propagation times of sound waves corresponding to the difference between the distances to the microphones M1, M2 and the speaker SP; and of an adder circuit 356 for outputting a difference between the sound signals from the microphones M1, M2. A level adjustment amount of the attenuation part 352 and a delay amount of the delay circuit 353 are set to vicinities of average values of the level adjustment amount and the delay amount at each frequency band generated by dividing a predetermined frequency band to a plurality of regions.
