The protection part has an external surface that is made of material with friction coefficient lower than friction coefficient of the textile material of a textile bag (7) of a waste collecting container (4) with the material of a semi-buried or buried concrete tank (2), where the protection part is made of plastic material. A textile part covers an inner sharp edge (3a) of the tank. Fixation points are distributed on the circumference of the tank for maintaining the textile part.
