摘要 Disinfection- and decontamination agent comprises at least one vitamin, at least one metal ion, at least one surface active agent and at least one antimicrobial agent comprising: aliphatic or aromatic, mono- or polyvalent and/or substituted alcohols; organic and inorganic acids or their salts, esters, amides, aliphatic or aromatic monoaldehydes or dialdehydes; peroxides or peracids; quaternary ammonium compounds; guanidines or biguanides; pyridines or pyrimidines; amphoteric substances e.g. N-[3-(dodecylamino)propyl]glycine hydrochloride; and/or aliphatic, secondary or tertiary amines. Disinfection- and decontamination agent comprises at least one vitamin, at least one metal ion, at least one surface active agent and at least one antimicrobial agent comprising: aliphatic or aromatic, mono- or polyvalent and/or substituted alcohols; organic and inorganic acids or their salts, esters, amides, aliphatic or aromatic monoaldehydes or dialdehydes; peroxides or peracids; quaternary ammonium compounds; guanidines or biguanides; pyridines or pyrimidines; amphoteric substances comprising n-10-16C-alkyltrimethylenediamine, reaction products of chloroacetic acid, quaternary ammonium compounds, [2-[[2-[(2-carboxyethyl)(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]ethyl]amino]-2-oxoethyl]cocoalkyldimethyl-, hydroxide, inner salts or N-[3-(dodecylamino)propyl]glycine hydrochloride; and/or aliphatic, secondary or tertiary amines. ACTIVITY : Antibacterial; Fungicide; Virucide. The antibacterial effect of the agent was tested against Proteus mirabilis. The result showed that the agent (comprised of ferric chloride hexahydrate (0.3 mM), D-ascorbic acid (3 mM), sodium dodecyl sulfate (0.5%) and 1,2-pentanediol (3%)) exhibited the reduction factors of greater than 6.39, where as the composition (comprised of ferric chloride hexahydrate (0.3 mM), D-ascorbic acid (3 mM), sodium dodecyl sulfate (0.5%)) exhibited the reduction factors of 1.83, after 60 minutes.
