METHOD FOR ACOUSTIC CONTROL OF BRONCHOLYTIC EFFECT

A method for the acoustic control of broncholytic effect on the asthmatic state of bronchopulmonary system is based on multichannel synchronous electronic record of respiratory sounds on the thorax followed by the computed processing of the data. After inhalation with broncholytic, the decrease or the disappearance of high-intensity narrow-band spectral components and the broad-band short pulses is detected with restoration of the normal breathing rhythm.
