A method for treating primary and secondary open-angle and closed-angle non-compensated glaucoma provides for removing the superficial layer of sclera up to 4/5 of its thickness in four oblique quadrants in the projection of the ciliary body starting in from limb. The layer of spherical shape, 4- in diameter, is removed symmetrically and identically as to its area.
