A bottle washing machine consists of a body, baths for soaking bottles and receiving detergent after bottle jetting, jet devices, a chain conveyor, to which the cassettes forming rows of bottles are attached, and five pairs of sprockets, mechanisms of loading and unloading the bottles, heat exchangers, a grate drum. The washing bath is additionally equipped with a bubbling device in the form of pipes with holes. Above the level of alkaline solution an additional pipe with holes on its lateral surface is installed. |
